Under Pressure
Pavol Truben
The light installation works with the theme of stress and work pressure, which society tries to correct through exercises such as urban yoga, but ignores the search for systematic solutions to prevent burnout. The series illustrates the contrast between a society that has embarked on a healthy lifestyle and a society that struggles with mental and psychological problems. The author ironically portrays an individual who seeks harmony in physical activity, while his motivation is to manage work stress, anxiety and psychological pressure - which emphasizes the need for a quality setting of work and personal life.
