If you haven't heard of biometrics yet, you will probably not be acquainted with this field. Biometry combines several fields of science, and there has been a rapid development in this field in recent years. In our workplace, within the research group STRaDe, we have been engaged in the development and research of available biometric systems in the long term. During the lecture, you will learn about the basic biometric features and available options for recognizing people. The next part will be devoted to the recognition of people based on the face image.
